"Hello, my name is Letty Hawkins, I am the founder of Permanent Cosmetics Int. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1985, became certified for Permanent make-up in 1992 and am currently board licensed as a Permanent Make-up Teacher."

We have been in business since 1992, and over the years, have had the honor to have served thousands of satisfied customers. We strive to offer the best of us to bring out the best in you. We at Permanent Cosmetics Int. believe that there is no such thing as an ugly face. We know that correctly applied make-up, can make a difference not only on your face, but in your life as well.

We specialize in the application of corrective make-up. This procedure allows us to give you the perfect features or the illusion of having perfect brows, eyes, lips, and eye-shadow. We travel through-out the country as well as other countries, rendering hundreds of services a year and teaching the art of Permanent Cosmetics to students who wish to make 'Microsurgery Pigmentation', their career.

Company Profile

Permanent Cosmetics Int., was established in 1992 and is located in the heart of Burbank, CA (the capitol of major movie studios). We are one of the few establishments that use organic pigments. We use state of the art machines, designed for the exclusive use of 'Microsurgery- Pigmentation' of the face. All the materials used are of high quality and are disposable and only used once.

We are a proud member of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce.
